By accessing or using the SafeBank website, mobile application, or any other services provided by SafeBank (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Description of Services
SafeBank provides a platform that allows users to manage their cryptocurrency assets, specifically focused on automating USDC bill buffers, generating yield on those assets, and ensuring financial stability. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Setting up and managing USDC bill buffers
- Generating yield on deposited assets
- Monitoring and tracking personal crypto finances
- Educational resources and tools related to cryptocurrency management
3. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with SafeBank. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You may not use our Services if you are a resident of, or located in, a country subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Services, you may need to connect your cryptocurrency wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when connecting your wallet
- Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
5. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency investments involve significant risk. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following risks:
- Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency values can be highly volatile and may fluctuate significantly over short periods.
- Regulatory Uncertainty: The regulatory landscape for cryptocurrencies is evolving and changes in laws or regulations may adversely affect the value of your assets or our ability to provide the Services.
- Technical Risks: Blockchain networks may experience technical issues that could affect your assets or our Services.
- Smart Contract Risks: Smart contracts used to generate yield or manage assets may contain vulnerabilities that could result in the loss of funds.
You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with using our Services and making your own financial decisions.
NOT FDIC INSURED: Cryptocurrency assets held on SafeBank are not protected by FDIC insurance or any similar insurance or guarantees. Your crypto assets may lose value.
6. Fees and Payments
SafeBank may charge fees for certain aspects of our Services. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you incur them. We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time with prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by SafeBank, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFEBANK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
